Shipping Information

We carefully package your gardening treasures to arrive in perfect condition:

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Via EMS, arrives within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders and during peak seasons. Some Asian and remote regions may not be serviceable.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

Just as plants need proper care to thrive, we want every transaction with our nursery to cultivate your gardening passion. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Plants must arrive in original condition with intact root systems
  • Gardening tools must be unused in original packaging
  • Order confirmation or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items

To protect our gardening community, these items cannot be returned:

  • Organic fertilizers & soil amendments (agricultural regulations)
  • Opened seed packets (prevents cross-contamination)
  • Custom/special order tropical plants (grown specifically for you)
  • Any item not in original condition (damaged or missing parts)

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your return request
  2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval (we’ll respond within 2 business days)
  4. Repackage carefully – plants should be in original containers with moist soil
  5. Ship back using our specified carrier (return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility)

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the same initial steps as returns
  2. Specify your preferred replacement from our current inventory
  3. We’ll calculate any price difference and arrange shipment after receiving your return

Refund Information

  • Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for our errors)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

If your citrus trees, tropical plants, or tools arrive damaged/incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage and packaging
  • We’ll arrange replacement/refund without return shipment

International Returns

For our global gardening friends:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Use tracked shipping for plant returns
  • Refunds issued in USD may take longer to process
